The Standard, Mexico City is seeking a Barista to craft exceptional coffee and espresso beverages while delivering warm, personalized service in a luxury hotel setting. Fluency in English and Spanish and a passion for hospitality are essential as you help create the iconic Standard experience for an international clientele.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista in a luxury hotel, café, or high-volume hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of espresso preparation, milk texturing, brewing methods, and coffee equipment.
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to confidently assist an international clientele.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for a Barista who believes that a great cup of coffee can set the tone for an entire day. We're searching for someone who brings warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality to every interaction—someone who knows that the smallest rituals often create the strongest connections.
