Formación

• At least two years of experience as Bar Steward or similar in hotel/cruise.
• Preferably graduate of Hotel/Hospitality school.
• Basic knowledge of public health and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to organize and complete work to deadlines.
• Working knowledge of wine/beverage products and cocktails.
• Fluent English in verbal and written form.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Bartender by setting up the bar per brand standards and opening hours.
• Provide a positive beverage experience by applying brand and Service Excellence standards.
• Promote beverage packages and dining venues to exceed targets.
• Keep lounge area clean, tidy, sanitized and welcoming.
• Prepare bar items for full service per brand standards.
• Assist in bar inventory counts as directed by Bar Supervisor or Manager.
• Ensure OceanNow orders are delivered accurately and timely.
• Assist in food service when required by Bar Supervisor/Manager.
• Follow beverage accounting procedures and report irregularities.
• Handle and store equipment, inventory, and supplies with care.
