Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients with friendly, efficient service.
• Perform banking transactions accurately, manage cash deposits and vault cash.
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to bank products and services based on goals.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service options offered by Citi.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory procedures to protect clients and assets.
• Address client needs and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and available products and services.
