Fanatics Collectibles is establishing a new technology hub in Mexico City focused on operational excellence, platform scalability, trust, and customer experience. As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to backend services, APIs, and tooling that improve support workflows and financial operations efficiency.

Formación

4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Experience building backend systems and APIs using Python, Java, Kotlin, or Go.
Experience with AWS cloud services.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

Responsabilidades

Design, build, test, and maintain backend services, APIs, integrations, and operational tooling.
Support operational workflows across CX, Trust & Safety, and Financial Operations platforms.
Develop automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
Partner with operations teams to translate business workflows into technical solutions.
Participate in technical design reviews and architecture discussions.
Contribute to service reliability, observability, and incident response.
