Marathon Talent is seeking a technical generalist for the Mexico market. You will work across growth, product, support, and data—building tools, running analyses, and executing business needs.

Responsibilities include data analysis, automation, and supporting growth initiatives, with collaboration on product experiments and market analysis. Fluent Spanish and English are required; based in Mexico City.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in tech, able to build scripts and automations independently
• Familiar with GitHub, APIs, no-code/low-code tools
• Heavy AI tooling user
• Fluent Spanish and English
• Based in Mexico City

Responsabilidades

• Data analysis across the business: SQL queries, dashboards, growth and funnel metrics, ad hoc deep dives
• Build internal tools, scripts, and automations (Python, SQL, APIs, GitHub)
• Support growth initiatives: campaign setup, attribution, experiment tracking, referral mechanics
• Automate operations: support workflows (Intercom), notifications, onboarding processes
• Work directly with the Market Lead on new projects — product experiments, launches, market analysis
