BBG Ventures, LLC is seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead Korean-market initiatives from our Mexico City office. You will craft strategies to grow brand presence, align with sales, and manage multi-channel campaigns.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Marketing, 5+ years in B2B marketing, strong data analysis, fluent Korean with business-level Mandarin, and excels in cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or related field, with a preference for experience working in the Korean market.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, with a strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and practices.
• Strong analytical skills, proficient in using market analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent proficiency in Korean, with business-level fluency in Mandarin Chinese, and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for the Korean market to drive growth and brand awareness.

• Organize and execute online and offline campaigns, including seminars, trade shows, and digital marketing.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with optimization recommendations.
