TikTok is seeking an Event Specialist to support planning, coordination, production, and execution of Mexico’s B2B events. You will own operational workstreams, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and help ensure on-site success from setup through breakdown.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in events, production, experiential marketing, hospitality, or related fields.
• Experience supporting or coordinating events with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
• Willingness to work on-site and accommodate event schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and production of B2B events across different formats and scales in Mexico.
• Coordinate assigned operational workstreams throughout the event lifecycle with clear ownership.
• Track project timelines, checklists, action items, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and calendars.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional partners on action items and deadlines.
• Coordinate logistics with venues, agencies, vendors, and partners including quotations and production needs.
• Support vendor and administrative processes such as POs, contracts, and payments.
• Assist event logistics for registration, guest lists, speakers, and attendee needs.
• Participate in event setup, rehearsals, live execution, and breakdown per the Run of Show.
• Coordinate on-site workstreams like registration, backstage operations, and materials.
