Versigent is seeking a Quality Customer Care Engineer to ensure customer satisfaction through handling complaints, 8D, DPS, DPRTS, and PFMEA updates. You will liaise between customers and the plant, manage quality alerts, and lead investigations to identify root causes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, advanced English, and prior supervisory experience in automotive wire harness manufacturing.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Experience as a Supervisor is required.
• Minimum automotive-industry experience, preferably in wire harness manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and data-analysis skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with customer-specific requirements.
• Lead customer complaint management and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Prepare and deliver customer quality reports and presentations.
• Maintain effective communication with customer quality representatives.
