Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, is seeking a Program Quality Manager in Querétaro to guide quality initiatives across the program and ensure customer satisfaction from development through Start of Production.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers, apply quality tools, and manage customer relationships, aiming for the highest standards in a dynamic automotive environment.

Formación

• Master’s degree in engineering
• 5–10 years of proven experience in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of quality tools and project/program management
• Bi-lingual (English required)

Responsabilidades

• Lead quality initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction across the program
• Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to guarantee quality before Start of Production
• Act as customer interface for quality issues and manage complaints
• Apply quality tools and a program-management approach throughout the project lifecycle

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Are you ready to lead quality initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction in a dynamic and collaborative environment? Do you have a master's degree in engineering and a passion for quality management? Do you have at least 8 years of experience in the automotive industry, combining development and production? Do you enjoy working with customers and suppliers to ensure the highest quality standards? If you answered yes to these questions, then you might be the ideal candidate for our Program Quality Manager role!

As a Program Quality Manager, you will lead the quality aspects of the program until Start of Production. You will use the Program Management System to coordinate the efforts of all internal and external suppliers and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for:

• Serving as the interface with the customer regarding quality and handling any customer complaints
• Guaranteeing product quality before Start of Production and during the modification process
• Assuring quality from suppliers and validating prototypes with them and the customers
• Applying quality tools and a project or program management system

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education level

• Master’s degree in engineering

Professional Experience

• 5-10 years of proven experience in the Automotive industry.

Skills and competencies

• In-depth knowledge of quality engineering techniques
• Master’s degree in engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience, combining development and production
• Understand of Business and Finance basics
• Results and teamwork orientation
• Customer management experience
• Experience and success managing a functional network
• Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time
