SEGULA Technologies in Mexico City is seeking a Junior Program/Project Manager to support planning, tracking, and execution of automotive engineering programs. You will collect data, monitor milestones, and ensure deliverables are completed on time while coordinating with engineering teams, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

The role emphasizes strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), English proficiency, and the ability to develop dashboards and KPIs to drive

Formación

Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline.
3–5+ years in program management or related roles in automotive.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
Professional English communication skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

Support planning, tracking, and execution of engineering activities.
Collect, analyze, and maintain project data for decision-making.
Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor performance.
Create and maintain Excel macros and automation tools.
Prepare monthly status reports and management presentations.
Coordinate meetings and communicate deliverables on time.
Escalate risks and ensure program objectives are met.
