Lear Corporation is seeking a seasoned Program Manager in Mexico to coordinate all project activities between clients and project teams, ensuring successful project launches and program implementation.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Project teams to meet milestones and client requirements. You will lead schedules, manage risks, and drive on-time delivery while building trusted relationships with stakeholders.

Formación

• Ethical standards and conduct are expected.
• Experience in account management and customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong event management capabilities and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project launch plans to ensure successful program implementation
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and drive execution aligned with customer milestones, events, and business requirements.
• Create, monitor, and update project schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of all program objectives.
• Lead the launch of new programs while managing resources and budgets approved by senior leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Project teams to evaluate, quote, and implement engineering changes and customer requests.
• Ensure the timely completion of project deliverables, proactively mitigating risks and preventing customer escalations.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive collaboration and project success.
• Work together with the Projects and Sales Team to quote and implement engineering changes
