Stellantis NV in Mexico is seeking an experienced Vehicle Program Manager to plan and execute automotive projects, coordinating with EHE and Core Engineering teams to meet objectives. The role requires 10+ years in automotive project management, strong leadership, and excellent English communication, with travel to US/Canada 20–40% as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years of project management experience in automotive.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide cross-functional teams.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with data analysis ability.
• Results-driven with deadline focus.
• Experience with budget management and cost analysis.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to priorities.
• Knowledge of APQP, DV/PV, EBOM and quality/warranty processes is desirable.
• Familiarity with software implementation and End-of-Line activities is desirable.
• Willingness to travel to assembly plants (US/Canada) 20–40%.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute vehicle projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for EHE organization at the vehicle level.
• Lead cross-functional teams within EHE organization, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Communicate vehicle requirements and provide support to Core Engineering Teams as needed.
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and report to stakeholders regularly.
• Manage project budgets, including cost rollup and budget allocation.
• Oversee GIMS/Issue Management and burn-down processes, resolving issues.
• Coordinate War Rooms when necessary.
• Lead Assembly Plant Pilot builds, ensuring smooth execution and timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate software implementation trials (PER trials) and EOL activities with EE SWAT.
• Lead in resolving SCA Vehicle Audit issues, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide support to Core Engineering Team, including part verification, APQP, DV/PV, Off Tool parts.
• Manage EBOM and oversee Quality/Warranty analysis, implementing actions.
• Coordinate Assembly Plant clean points and oversee Service Actions for quality.
• Travel to assembly plants (US/Canada) as required (20–40%).
