LEAR CORPORATION in Mexico seeks a Program Engineer to develop and manage new and existing programs within the manufacturing facility. You will coordinate design, tooling, and supplier activities to meet cost, delivery, and quality targets and provide technical launch support at customer locations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and at least 3 years in automotive electronics, plus advanced English.

• 3+ years of experience in automotive electronics process.

• Advanced English language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and manages new and existing programs, meeting manufacturing requirements.
• coordinates program vendor activities to meet cost, delivery, and quality targets.
• Prepares quotations for piece cost and tooling; provides technical launch support.
• Control program budget; plan vs actual.
• Lead cross-functional team for launches and engineering changes.
• Ensure compliance with IATF, VDA, ISO and customer-specific requirements.
