OPmobility seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams for automotive programs in Monterrey, Mexico. You will organize milestones, coordinate with sales, and ensure alignment between OEM RFQ packages and PO responses.

As a customer-oriented leader, you will monitor timing, cost, quality, and risks, escalate issues, and drive profitability analyses to support Division and BU objectives.

Formación

• ≥5 years in project management as PM or team member
• Customer oriented
• Strong knowledge in project management within automotive industry
• Financial knowledge
• Good command in English; another language appreciated
• Identifies deviations and takes corrective actions

Responsabilidades

• Manage the project team by escalating issues on availabilities or competences and organizing milestones and reviews.
• Ensure clear communication within core team, to other departments and with sales toward the customer.
• Analyze OEM RFQ package and perimeter changes to align PO response with them.
• Meet OEMs to understand expectations and support sales in explaining PO positions.
