Visteon Corporation is seeking a Principal Engineer II Launch to lead the end-to-end introduction of new automotive technologies. You will coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to align project goals, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.

You will mentor engineering teams, drive design validation, and oversee stakeholder communications with customers and suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end launch process of new automotive products, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, QA, and supply chain to align goals and resolve challenges.
• Develop and implement launch strategies to optimize resources, mitigate risks, and enhance performance.
• Drive technical reviews and design validation to ensure robustness and standards adherence.
• Mentor engineering teams to foster innovation and best practices throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage communication with customers and suppliers to align on specs, timelines, and quality.
• Analyze launch metrics and feedback to identify improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies for development and launch.
• Lead root cause analysis and cross-department resolution of launch-related issues.
• Contribute to strategic planning and business development with technical insights and market trends.
