Zusammenfassung

Aptiv is seeking a Lead Test Development Engineer to design, validate, and optimize test hardware, software, and processes for high‑volume automotive manufacturing. You will collaborate with global teams to deliver robust production test solutions, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve test performance and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on experience with LabVIEW/LabWindows/CVI, TestStand, C++, and automotive test systems, plus strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing test development or automotive test roles.
• Experience with NI LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, NI TestStand, C++, or C.
• Knowledge of CAN, LIN, FlexRay, LVDS, or BroadR‑Reach.
• Advanced English; strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with memory programming and flashing technologies preferred.
