Position description: As a senior technical leader within Visteon's New Business Management department, this role is pivotal in driving the successful launch of advanced automotive systems and solutions. The position demands a deep understanding of automotive engineering principles, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure new product introductions meet stringent quality, cost, and timeline targets. The individual will lead complex engineering initiatives from concept through production launch, working closely with internal teams and external partners to innovate and deliver cutting‑edge automotive technologies that align with Visteon's strategic objectives in the automotive industry.
