Formación

• Experience leading design and development of production test systems for automotive electronics.
• Strong background in hardware-in-the-loop testing and automated test procedures.
• Familiarity with ISO 26262 functional safety and IATF 16949 quality systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and development of production test systems for automotive electronic modules.
• Develop and optimize automated test procedures and test software to improve coverage, efficiency, and reliability.
• Collaborate with design engineering, manufacturing, and quality to define test requirements and resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce test cycle time and cost while maintaining product integrity.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians in test system development and troubleshooting.
• Manage integration of new test technologies to support evolving product architectures.
• Analyze test data and failure modes to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards such as ISO 26262 and IATF 16949.
