Job summary

Autoliv is seeking an Electronics and Mechatronics Manager to lead end-to-end launch programs from concept through start of production. You will drive cross-functional teams, manage readiness reviews, and deliver leadership status updates on risks and health metrics.

Strong English, automotive program management experience, and problem-solving skills are essential. Responsibilities include coordinating with global teams, addressing late deliverables, and ensuring PPAP readiness and manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with English fluency.
• Experience in automotive program or launch management.
• Strong problem-solving (8D) and corrective action knowledge.
• Experience with DV/PV validation, PPAP readiness, and manufacturing readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of Electronics & Mechatronics launch programs from concept through SOP.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align timing, quality, cost and customer expectations.
• Coordinate launch readiness reviews and maintain issue trackers and dashboards with timely closure of actions.
• Provide leadership status updates highlighting risks, recovery plans and program health metrics.
• Manage launch challenges and ensure timely decision-making and successful program execution.
