CHEP is a global, sustainability-focused logistics leader seeking a Field Account Representative Automotive in Mexico. You will manage automotive customer portfolios, lead onboarding of programs, and drive high-value service delivery across locations.

You’ll build relationships with stakeholders, monitor performance, and conduct regular business reviews while traveling up to 40–50% within Mexico. This role demands proactive problem solving and strong communication.

Formación

• Experience in Account Management, Customer Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the resolution of complex and critical customer inquiries, delivering first-level support and guiding customers through service solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and implement long-term corrective actions.
• Oversee the resolution of billing disputes and discrepancies, ensuring ERP accuracy and clear communication of outcomes to customers.
• Monitor customer account performance using control and financial reports to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and ensure timely completion of tasks with KPIs in mind.
• Support customer engagement by coaching team members and fostering a positive customer experience.
