Job summary

Ford México is seeking a Technical Support Engineer Analyst for its Technical Assistance Center. You will guide dealership technicians in complex diagnostics and lead business analytics, extracting data to reveal trends and present strategic insights to management.

You will manage databases, create visual dashboards with Alteryx/Qlik/Power BI and provide expert support for Ford diagnostic tools (FDRS/IDS/PTS) via phone and GTAC platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in advanced automotive diagnostics or technical support.
• Proficient with Alteryx, Qlik, Power BI and Advanced Excel for data visualization.
• Experience reading automotive wiring diagrams, telemetry, CAN/LIN networks.
• Familiarity with HEV/BEV and Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV) is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills suitable for technical business discussions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to dealership technicians for complex diagnostics.
• Lead data and analytics for the TAC, manage databases and create visualizations.
• Support Ford diagnostic tools and software via multiple channels.
• Collaborate with Parts Supply, Field Service Engineers and Product Concern Engineers.
• Document emerging cases in GCQIS to support engineering teams.
• Handle omnichannel dealer inquiries and provide engineering insights to CRC.
• Drive KPIs to improve vehicle uptime and Fix-It-Right-The-First-Time metrics.
