Placements24 is seeking a skilled Ingeniero de Diagnóstico y Solución de Fallas Automotrices to join the Acapulco-based technical support team. You will perform advanced diagnostics, identify root causes, and guide technicians in resolving complex automotive issues while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 4+ years of diagnostic experience, proficiency with OBD-II tools, oscilloscopes, and multimeters, and strong communication skills to interact with customers and staff.

Competenze

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in automotive diagnostics and repair.

Mansioni

• Perform in-depth diagnostics on various makes/models using advanced tools.
• Identify root causes of mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures.
• Develop and implement repair strategies for diagnosed issues.
• Provide technical guidance to service technicians and customer service representatives.
