Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate or post-graduate degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Mexico manager for AMS CoE, leading case delivery and team leadership.
• Lead and manage a team with growth to two or more teams over time.
• Drive delivery of automotive IP and solutions in collaboration with Americas AMS leadership.
• Coach Project Leads and Associates and ensure high-quality client delivery.
