Autoliv Mexico is seeking a Development Engineer to drive changes and problem-solving for serial production of seatbelt products. You will lead design change validations, update drawings, release BOMs, and coordinate with suppliers and plants to ensure smooth production launches.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering background, advanced English, and 2–5 years in automotive design or engineering, with opportunities for flexible scheduling and remote work as part of the package.

Formación

• Mechanical Engineer with relevant automotive design experience required
• Advanced English proficiency necessary
• 2-5 years of automotive product design/engineering experience
• Experience with design changes and validation is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage changes for serial production on the seatbelt product
• Lead design change validations including drawings, BOM release, and reports
• Coordinate with internal teams, customer, and Autoliv plants to implement changes
• Support quality improvements and design robustness initiatives
