HARMAN Automotive is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to manage customer complaints, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions in a high‑volume manufacturing environment. You will ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer requirements while coordinating PPAP submissions and quality controls across SOP+90 days.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Engineering, 3+ years in quality engineering, and advanced English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in manufacturing.
• Advanced English proficiency (90%+).

Responsabilidades

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for 0KM concerns.
• Drive continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
• Manage containment actions for customer complaints and quality alerts.
• Coordinate PPAP submissions and customer approval processes.
• Prepare QA reports and develop control plans.
• Support inspections and technicians to ensure quality compliance.
• Travel willingness and office-based work as required.
