HARMAN Automotive is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer with a strong foundation in quality management systems and automotive manufacturing. You will lead root cause analyses, drive corrective actions, and coordinate PPAP submissions to ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
The role requires 3+ years in industrial manufacturing, advanced English, and practical experience with SAP and AutoCAD, along with strong communication and analytical skills.
Formación
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Advanced English proficiency (90% or higher).
Responsabilidades
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for customer 0KM concerns.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the Quality Management System.
- Manage containment actions for customer complaints, quality notifications, customer sorting activities, and Quality Alerts.
- Coordinate PPAP submissions and customer approval processes.
- Prepare and communicate Quality Assurance reports.
