Magna Powertrain seeks a qualified QA professional to coordinate customer requirements and drive quality improvements using established systems. The role requires a minimum of two years in similar positions with internal and external supervision, plus solid knowledge of automotive quality tools and IATF 16949 knowledge.

Fluent communication in English at an intermediate level, a degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, and experience with GD&T and dimensional analysis are essential.

Formación

• Coordinar requerimientos de clientes y mejorar KPIs de calidad mediante sistemas de calidad.
• Mínimo 2 años en puestos similares con personal a cargo, interno y externo.
• Conocimiento de herramientas de solución de problemas y de normas de calidad automotriz.
• Inglés intermedio–avanzado; Escolaridad: Ingeniero Industrial o afín.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate customer requirements and improve quality KPIs using quality systems.
• Supervise internal and external staff with at least 2+ years in similar roles.
• Apply quality tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa; APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA).
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer CSR requirements; interpret GD&T and lab dimensional results.
