Fronius México is seeking an Automation Sales Project Expert (Welding) to drive sales initiatives in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. You will support customers, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with PSM International to prepare offers for standard systems and key projects.

Expect significant travel, CRM-driven processes, and collaboration with the VSP team. You will also plan promotions, deliver technical presentations, and help achieve annual targets while maintaining a robust network with the

We’re looking for an experienced, passionate and customer focused Automation Sales Project Expert (Welding), based in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, to become a member of our Fronius México Team.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Sales support (customer / contract / business acquisition, etc.)
• Active customer visits and execution of customer negotiations, if the National PSE is properly trained
• Supporting market launch of new systems / projects
• Preparing / making offers for standard key systems, configuration examples in coordination with PSM International
• Planning, creating and implementation of product promotion activities
• Preparing and taking technical presentations and training documents
• Cooperation to generate sales and contracts in coordination with VSP team
• Cooperation to gain technical and commercial OK-point for Key Systems and Projects
• Building-up and maintaining a network (of experience) with the VSP team and PSM International
• Input / feedback to market data, product response, improvements
• Continuous review and documentation of achieved targets
• Execute KPI´s, which is defined from Fronius International and propose KPI´s for the national market
• Regular meetings plus reporting with PSM International in global collaboration tool
• Support in target and revenue planning
• Arrange annual business plan together with PSM International
• Resource planning and forecast for the respective subsidiary

We’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• Making decisions needed for achieving business plan goals and strategy in line with PSM International
• Execute and implement defined measures and if necessary take countermeasures together with the PSM International
• Close deals in line with PSM International
• Price setting for systems and projects
• High willingness to travel (50-70%)
• Proactive daily usage of CRM is required
• SharePoint CPQ Automation simulation software (Fronius Pathfinder) Configuration and offer preparation Automation Pricelist Spanish (native speaker) Professional English spoken and written communication skills
