Fronius México is seeking an experienced Repair Center and Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. You will diagnose, repair, and optimize Fronius equipment, while developing repair processes and tools to enhance customer service.

With 1–2 years in industrial equipment repair and a solid foundation in electronics or mechatronics, you will support KPI-driven improvements, ERP/CRM tasks, and basic facility maintenance.

Formación

• Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering degree is required.
• 1–2 years of diagnosis/repair experience on industrial or welding equipment.
• Ability to read technical manuals and electrical diagrams.
• Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and inventory management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnosis, repair, and conversion of Fronius equipment.
• Development and improvement of repair processes (timely and with quality).
• Development of tools focused on customer service.
• Technical support to customers regarding repair follow-up.
• Preparation of technical reports.
• Warehouse management (cycle counts, replenishment improvements).
• Identification and improvement of opportunities based on KPI results.
• ERP system management.
• Follow-up of service cases in CRM.
• Support in basic facility maintenance activities.
