Fronius México is seeking an experienced Automation Sales Project Expert (Welding) to drive sales initiatives in the Monterrey area. You will support customers, prepare offers, and coordinate market launches with the PSM International team.

Must manage CRM daily, travel up to 70%, and collaborate with VSP and international teams to close high-value contracts. Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English are required.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Sales support including customer, contract, and business acquisition activities.
• Conduct active customer visits and negotiate when trained.
• Support market launch of new systems/projects.
• Prepare offers for standard key systems with PSM International.
• Plan and implement product promotion activities.
• Prepare technical presentations and training documents.
• Collaborate with VSP team to generate sales and contracts.
• Coordinate KPI definition and reporting with Fronius International.

We’re looking for an experienced, passionate and customer focused Automation Sales Project Expert (Welding), based in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, to become a member of our Fronius México Team.

Responsibilities

• Sales support (customer / contract / business acquisition, etc.)
• Active customer visits and execution of customer negotiations, if the National PSE is properly trained
• Supporting market launch of new systems / projects
• Preparing / making offers for standard key systems, configuration examples in coordination with PSM International
• Planning, creating and implementation of product promotion activities
• Preparing and taking technical presentations and training documents
• Cooperation to generate sales and contracts in coordination with VSP team
• Cooperation to gain technical and commercial OK-point for Key Systems and Projects
• Building-up and maintaining a network (of experience) with the VSP team and PSM International
• Input / feedback to market data, product response, improvements
• Continuous review and documentation of achieved targets
• Execute KPI´s, which is defined from Fronius International and propose KPI´s for the national market
• Regular meetings plus reporting with PSM International in global collaboration tool
• Support in target and revenue planning
• Arrange annual business plan together with PSM International
• Resource planning and forecast for the respective subsidiary

Qualifications and Experience

• Making decisions needed for achieving business plan goals and strategy in line with PSM International
• Execute and implement defined measures and if necessary take countermeasures together with the PSM International
• Close deals in line with PSM International
• Price setting for systems and projects
• High willingness to travel (50-70%)
• Proactive daily usage of CRM is required
