SimplePractice is seeking an Automation Quality Assurance Engineer (P2–P3) to join our engineering organization. You’ll collaborate with international teams across the US, Europe, and Mexico to automate, develop, and maintain end-to-end functional test suites while also performing manual and exploratory testing for new features.

You will enhance test coverage to build reliable regression and smoke tests, enabling quicker delivery of features and improvements while upholding high quality

Formación

• Hands-on QA experience in manual and automated testing.
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable test cases and automation frameworks.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in QA activities across the squad workflow including requirements analysis, test design, automation, and release support.
• Test new features end-to-end and report defects with reproducible steps.
• Develop end-to-end functional and non-functional test suites using Ruby.
• Maintain and refactor automated tests for stability and performance.
