Bosch Juárez is seeking a skilled engineer to implement and improve manufacturing processes, ensure equipment availability, and drive continuous improvement across shifts. You will lead TPM initiatives, support new product launches, and collaborate with international teams to meet KPIs and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in mechanical/process maintenance, strong PLC/robotics knowledge, and CAD design skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, electronics, electromechanical, mechatronics, digital systems or related fields.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams in a global environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Active continuous improvement approach.
• GD&T certification.
• 3-5 years experience as mechanical process or maintenance engineer.
• PLC programming is a plus: Bosch Rexroth, Allen Bradley, Siemens, micrologix.
• Knowledge in pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge on Robotics: Staubli, Fanuc.
• CAD design: SolidWorks or other mechanical design SW.
• Design electromechanical systems for automation or control of manufacturing equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Implement, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes; ensure equipment availability.
• Aims to achieve Value Stream KPIs and improve downtime and defect costs.
• Introduce new products; define, acquire, validate, and install production processes/equipment.
• Develop procedures and instructions for technical processes.
• Develop training material for process technicians.
• Create maintenance plans focusing on preventive/predictive/corrective approaches.
• Align engineering efforts with Value Stream KPIs.
• Develop TPM procedures, instructions, and training material.
• Reach targets for availability, cycle time, and defect cost.
• Ensure compliance with Bosch standards and customer requirements.
• Train production and technical personnel.
• Provide support according to the shift model.
• Involve in APQP planning and new product/process releases.
• Collaborate with international network on manufacturability.
