Bosch Toluca plant is seeking an Industrial/Mechanical/Mechatronic engineer to plan, develop, update and optimize manufacturing methods for the assigned production lines. You will lead improvement initiatives, update documentation, and ensure safety and quality throughout the processes.

• Engineering degree: Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatronic.
• Advanced English level.
• From 1 to 3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry (desirable).
• Lean manufacturing.
• Problem Solving (8D Methodology).
• Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, PPAP).
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define, develop, optimize and update manufacturing processes as required by product specifications and set targets.
• Lead Continuous Improvement Process and Problem Solving to reduce losses in the manufacturing process.
• Create and update documentation for production (FMEA, visual aids, flow diagram, control plan, etc.).
• Ensure safety requirements for production lines are fulfilled.
• Provide correct tool specifications and changes to tooling to ensure continuity and quality during production.
• Develop quality assurance processes by implementing required quality tools.
• Improve process efficiency and meet targets for scrap and failure costs.

Job Description

Main Objective

Responsible for planning, developing, updating and optimizing the manufacturing methods and processes of the assigned lines.

What challenges will you have?

• Define, develop, optimize and update manufacturing processes as required by product specifications and set targets.
• Responsible for reducing down times on production: lead the Continuous Improvement Process and Problem Solving for reducing losses in the manufacturing process.
• Create and update the required documentation for production (FMEA, visual aids, flow diagram, control plan, etc.).
• Fulfill all manufacturing requirements for the safety of the production lines.
• Provide the correct tool specifications and the required changes in toolings in order to ensure the continuity and quality during production.
• Develop quality assurance processes by implementing the required quality tools.
• Ensure the efficiency of the manufacturing process by fulfilling the targets for scrap and failure costs

Qualifications
