Bosch México is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the design, integration and automation of production machinery at the Ciudad Juárez facility. You will drive projects from concept to implementation, update tooling procedures, and maintain CAD drawings to support manufacturing operations.

Ideal candidates bring a mechanical engineering degree, 5+ years in machinery design, and expertise in CAD tools with GD&T and DFM principles. Travel for plant projects is expected.

Formación

• Proficiency in Solidworks or equivalent CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.
• Experience with machinery automation design and process optimization.
• Analytical problem-solving with a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead machinery design projects from concept through implementation.
• Design, upgrade and integrate machinery systems to optimize production efficiency.
• Develop and implement machinery automation solutions and process improvements.
• Define and update procedures for reviewing and releasing tooling and fixtures for machinery operations.
• Administrate the mechanical drawing database and provide technical support to users.
• Maintain and update mechanical drawings with accuracy and proper storage.
• Provide comprehensive technical support for machinery projects and systems.
• Support plant-level machinery implementation, including after-hours assistance when required.
