Job summary

S&P Dow Jones Indices, a division of S&P Global, is seeking a reporting and analytics specialist in Mexico City to design and automate scorecards and executive reports. You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and create dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for leadership.

A strong focus on governance, risk, and process improvement will drive insights and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations, reporting, analytics, controls, audit, risk management, governance, or related functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience developing and managing operational or management reporting solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Scorecard Management: design, develop, maintain scorecards and executive reporting.
• Manage portfolio of scorecards, monitor data quality, usage, and stakeholder feedback.
• Gather requirements and translate into scalable reporting solutions.
• Create executive-level reporting and visualizations for senior leadership.
• Automation & Data Analytics: develop data pipelines and automated data prep processes.
• Leverage Tableau/PowerBI to build interactive dashboards for business users.
• Governance, Controls & Risk Management: support governance standards and data quality controls.
