Job summary

S&P Dow Jones Indices is seeking an Operations Associate to ensure onboarding, management and calculation of dynamic attributes supporting data integrity. You will collaborate with index managers, R&D, commercial teams and IT across a global footprint.

Role emphasizes data validation, workflow management and ongoing quality assurance to enable reliable decision-making and compliant operations. Mexico City base, with global impact.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Validate and maintain index and company-level data.
• Review equity fundamental data for a global universe.
• Produce and quality control SPDJI universe-level calculations.
• Perform data checks to meet SLAs and timelines.
• Distribute and maintain standard index data products on client platforms.
• Maintain dynamic attribute datasets and recurring calculations.
• Monitor data quality and investigate discrepancies.
• Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team on daily operations and project work.
