Stellantis in Mexico is seeking an experienced maintenance specialist to support administration, control, and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective activities. You will develop line-specific maintenance schedules and strategies to minimize downtime and improve visibility of losses.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in projects or maintenance and operation of equipment on automated robotic lines.
• Strong technical expertise in manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Fluent in English with ability to hold fluent conversations.

Provides support in the administration, control, and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to reduce production downtime caused by equipment failures. Develops and implements maintenance schedules and strategies by line, ensuring efficient task allocation and enhanced visibility of losses. Manages asset information within the system, including equipment types, classifications, and variants.

Strong technical expertise in manufacturing processes, basic manufacturing management, and quality systems and standards. Advanced knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLC ControlLogix, industrial networks and drives, and Fanuc and Nachi robotics. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve failures in automated production lines. Minimum of 8 years of experience in projects or in maintenance, integration, and/or operation of equipment in automated robotic lines. 90% proficiency in English, with the ability to hold fluent conversations.
