Stellantis in Saltillo, Mexico is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to lead and optimize maintenance activities across automated production lines. You will implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans and manage asset information to minimize downtime and maximize line efficiency.

The role requires deep experience in manufacturing processes, robotics, and quality systems, with fluent English communication and a track record of solving complex production issues.

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in projects or maintenance, integration, or operation of equipment in automated robotic lines.
• Strong technical expertise in manufacturing processes, basic manufacturing management, and quality systems and standards.
• Excellent English proficiency with fluency for conversations (90%+).

Provides support in the administration, control, and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to reduce production downtime caused by equipment failures. Develops and implements maintenance schedules and strategies by line, ensuring efficient task allocation and enhanced visibility of losses. Manages asset information within the system, including equipment types, classifications, and variants.

Strong technical expertise in manufacturing processes, basic manufacturing management, and quality systems and standards. Advanced knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLC ControlLogix, industrial networks and drives, and Fanuc and Nachi robotics. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve failures in automated production lines. Minimum of 8 years of experience in projects or in maintenance, integration, and/or operation of equipment in automated robotic lines. 90% proficiency in English, with the ability to hold fluent conversations.
