Job summary

PwC México is seeking a Manager to lead client service work streams within the Audit and Assurance practice. You will coach teams, manage delivery of assurance services, and balance technical judgment with client priorities to move complex engagements forward with clarity.

You will oversee engagement work, validate deliverables against firm methodology, and leverage technology to strengthen delivery while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and CPA license preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in auditing or assurance roles.
• Experience coordinating multi-workstream client engagements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leading client service workstreams focused on audit and other assurance engagements across financial statements, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
• Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion while validating deadlines, scope, and deliverables
• Reviewing work products for accuracy, technical alignment, and compliance with professional standards and independence requirements
• Coaching and developing team members through feedback, mentoring, and performance management
• Applying knowledge of auditing methodologies, audit documentation, internal controls, and compliance frameworks to address complex client needs
• Coordinating issue resolution, escalating concerns when appropriate, and maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders
• Identifying process improvements and technology-enabled methods that improve delivery, documentation, and workflow efficiency
• Monitoring engagement progress and resource use while adapting plans to address changing client priorities
