PwC Acceleration Center Mexico seeks a senior manager to consult on a range of business applications, leading teams and accounts while shaping technology strategy for clients globally. You will drive operational efficiency, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality delivery across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services.

You will analyze client needs, deploy solutions, and train users, embracing innovation and change to exceed client expectations.

Formación

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

• Leading the implementation and integration of business applications to optimize client operational efficiency
• Analyzing client needs and providing tailored software solutions to meet strategic objectives
• Guiding teams in the deployment and support of business applications, confirming seamless integration

• Managing project delivery and resource allocation to maintain project timelines and quality
• Developing documentation and training materials to support client understanding and application use
• Facilitating strategic planning sessions to align technology solutions with business goals
• Overseeing technology innovation and integration efforts to enhance client service excellence
• Building and maintaining client relationships to identify opportunities for business transformation
• Coaching and mentoring team members to foster professional growth and development
