PwC Acceleration Center Mexico seeks an Assurance Senior Associate to deliver independent assessments of financial statements and internal controls for a diverse client portfolio. You will apply GAAS and GAAP, mentor junior staff, and build client relationships while navigating complex transactions with a focus on quality and risk management.

English proficiency is required to collaborate across international teams in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct independent assessments of financial statements and internal controls.
• Evaluate compliance with regulations and assess governance and risk management processes.
• Obtain reasonable assurance about the accuracy of financial statements to identify material misstatements.
• Utilize auditing methodologies and GAAS to perform external audits.
• Analyze financial transactions and disclosures to provide insights and recommendations.
• Review and verify financial documents to validate accuracy and compliance.
• Apply GAAP in financial reporting and analysis.
• Manage client relationships and anticipate client needs to deliver quality service.
• Mentor junior team members and guide them in technical accounting and auditing tasks.
• Leverage data analysis and interpretation skills to inform audit processes and decision-making.
