Flextronics - The Flex Company is seeking an Associate Production Supervisor for the Guadalajara North Campus. You will direct multiple production lines, ensuring volume, quality and cost targets are met while leading a team of 20–25 engineers and operators.

You will implement lean practices, coach staff, monitor line performance, and coordinate with maintenance and engineering to drive improvements and sustain top delivery standards.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Basic English preferred.
• Experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.
• Experience with SRT Saw machines.
• Leadership of 20–25 employees.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices.

Responsabilidades

• Direct manufacturing operations on a shift or group of production lines.
• Monitor performance and guide improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Lead a team of engineers and operators to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals.
• Troubleshoot operational problems and drive resolution.
• Coach operators to improve performance and capability.
• Manage WIP, WO tracking, and serial-number traceability.
• Ensure safe and compliant working environment.
