Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner helping market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products. We are seeking a Production Manager based in Guadalajara, South Campus to lead manufacturing operations and ensure efficient, cost-effective production.

You will guide department activities, forecast costs, develop budgets, manage resources, and collaborate with planning, distribution, and management to meet customer demand and quality targets.

Formación

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in addition to 5 years of operations experience.
• Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional/technical area or broad breadth of knowledge across sites.
• Demonstrates advanced people and/or process management skills and customer relationship skills.
• Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes and interdependencies at the site.

Responsabilidades

• Guides department activities to support new product designs and production improvements.
• Explores technology trends and market demand to plan projects.
• Forecasts operating costs and directs budget requests.
• Partners with management to develop the strategic plan and annual operating plan.
• Prioritizes production schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinates production with planning and distribution.
• Selects and develops personnel for efficient operation.
• Ensures production quality and target costs are met.
