Flex Guadalajara is seeking an Associate Production Supervisor to lead several production lines in a high-technology environment. You will report to the Production Manager and drive performance, quality, and cost improvements while coaching engineers and operators to meet schedules and customer requirements.

The role requires BA/BS or equivalent, strong leadership, and experience in electronics manufacturing with knowledge of production control systems. Shift availability on T1 is expected.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience as Production Supervisor.
• Strong leadership experience.
• Basic diagnostic skills.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Knowledge of production control systems (Serials, flows, traceability).
• Knowledge of electronics specifications and standards.
• Experience with Floor shop systems.
• Experience in BAAN or SAP.
• Availability to work on T1 shift.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee production operations on assigned lines to hit volume, quality and cost goals.
• Evaluate plant performance and advise on changes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Lead a team of engineers and operators to meet schedules and quality targets.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and guide resolution with operators.
• Coach and develop junior operators and conduct regular performance discussions.
• Support process improvements and cost reduction projects.
• Assist in budgeting and control of department expenses.
• Ensure safety and maintain clean, compliant work environments.
