Flextronics - The Flex Company in Guadalajara, South Campus, is seeking an Associate Production Supervisor. You will oversee multiple production lines, coach engineers and operators, and drive improvements to meet quality, cost and delivery goals.

The role requires a BA/BS or equivalent, strong leadership, and experience in electronics manufacturing. Flex offers competitive benefits and a collaborative environment with safety and process excellence at the core.

Qualifications

BA/BS in engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience as Production Supervisor in electronics manufacturing.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Willingness for flexible hours (T3).
Knowledge of production control systems, serials/flows/traceability.
Knowledge of electronics specifications and standards.
Experience with floor shop systems.
Experience with high-mix manufacturing.
Experience with BAAN/SAP systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee production across multiple processes/lines to meet volume, quality and cost goals.
Guide and coach a team of engineers and operators to improve performance.
Analyze plant operations and suggest efficiency and quality improvements.
Lead production scheduling and coordinate with maintenance and logistics.
Support budget planning and control department expenses.
Ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance with policies.
