Empresa Confidencial is seeking a senior cost/finance professional to lead standard cost management, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis across manufacturing operations. You will drive cost rollups, analyze components, and ensure data integrity for COGS and inventories.

The role requires strong ERP costing experience, especially SAP S4, and excellent Excel/analytics skills, in a multinational manufacturing setting. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in product costing, inventory accounting, or plant controlling.
• Expertise with ERP Product Costing, Material Ledger, and Inventory Valuation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytics tools.
• Experience in multinational or complex manufacturing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead standard cost calculation, validation, and release activities within ERP.
• Execute and review product cost rollups for raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods.
• Analyze cost structure components, including materials, labor, overhead, and production-related expenses.
• Drive cost variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial accuracy and operational performance.
• Ensure the integrity of inventory valuation and cost of goods sold (COGS) calculations.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Engineering, and Finance stakeholders throughout costing cycles and planning activities.
• Support profitability analysis and financial reporting processes.
• Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end costing activities.
• Support audits and compliance requirements related to costing and inventory processes.
• Leverage SAP costing functionalities and reporting tools to improve transparency and decision making.

Goal:

This position plays a critical role in standard cost management, inventory valuation, profitability analysis, and the integrity of financial data across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in product costing, inventory accounting, plant controlling, manufacturing finance, or cost management.
• Strong experience with ERP Product Costing, Material Ledger, Inventory Valuation, and Manufacturing Finance processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and business analytics tools.
• Experience working in multinational or complex manufacturing environments.
