Empresa Confidencial seeks a Senior Finance Manager in Saltillo, Mexico to lead manufacturing cost accounting, budgeting, and monthly closings.

You will collaborate with all functions to ensure compliance with reporting standards, drive forecasts, and support tax audits while maintaining strong financial controls.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, 10+ years of finance experience, and expertise in Excel and SAP; travel is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant field.
• English proficiency at advanced level.
• SAP/ERP experience is required.
• 10+ years of finance experience.
• Proven leadership in finance roles.
• Manufacturing finance experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support to Plant Management.
• Oversee and provide manufacturing cost accounting for the plant.
• Manage and control budgets for assets and operating expenses, while supporting productivity goals and daily financial reporting.
• Collaborate and work closely with all functional areas across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Analyze production costs and cost performance.
• Coordinate and execute monthly financial and operational closings, ensuring compliance with corporate directives.
• Plan, coordinate, present, and execute the monthly forecast process.
• Plan, coordinate, present, and execute the annual budget, including calculating labor rates by cost center.
• Coordinate and execute tax audits and fiscal compliance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• ERP/SAP knowledge and experience.
• More than 10 years of experience in finance.
• Proven leadership experience.
• More than 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Availability to travel.
• Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
