Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking an Associate Engineer to support enterprise infrastructure and automation initiatives from our Costa Rica operations. You will work across Linux and Windows environments, troubleshoot incidents, and contribute to RCA documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable operations.

The role emphasizes automation development with Python, Ansible, AWX, and Jenkins, plus experience with integration technologies and databases.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related technical field.
1–3 years of applications or infrastructure support experience.
Hands-on Linux experience and Windows Server administration.
Basic SQL proficiency.
Experience with automation or scripting in any language.

Responsibilities

Provide operational support for enterprise infrastructure and integration applications.
Troubleshoot incidents across Linux and Windows Server environments and implement long-term fixes.
Monitor applications and infrastructure to identify trends and improve reliability.
Develop and maintain automation using Python, shell scripting, Ansible, and AWX.
Support CI/CD pipelines and observability tools like GitHub and Grafana.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
