Nouryon is seeking an Associate Director, Digital Products – Commercial to lead the vision, strategy, and architecture of our Marketing and Sales digital product portfolio. You will own the product roadmap and coordinate with stakeholders to enable an end-to-end prospect-to-order process.

You will shape the architecture, drive AI and automation solutions, and ensure governance, cybersecurity, and data privacy alignment across SAP and CRM platforms in a global context.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in digital/IT roles, including hands-on solution or application architecture, with 3+ years owning a product, platform, or application portfolio in a commercial, marketing, or sales domain.
• Deep knowledge of digital application architecture, AI/ML solution design, CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing), and SAP SD touchpoints.
• Professional proficiency in English for global collaboration.
• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, or agile product management (e.g., Scrum Product Owner, SAFe POPM).

Responsabilidades

• Lead Product Vision & Roadmap for the Marketing and Sales pillar, aligning backlog to business value and risk.
• Define Architecture & Technology Direction for the Marketing and Sales landscape, including APIs and data flows.
• Drive AI adoption and automation across the prospect-to-order process, incl. lead scoring and genAI support.
• Ensure governance and cross-product integration between Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics.
