Job summary

NXP Semiconductors is seeking a Product Manager for Digital Platforms in Mexico to own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a portfolio of digital products. You will work with senior leaders, engineers, and cross-functional teams to drive value for customers and the business.

You will shape product direction, measure success, and prioritize investments to deliver AI-enabled experiences that support developers and engineers globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Marketing.
• Five or more years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.
• Experience working with Agile teams across the product lifecycle.
• Exposure to semiconductor industry or B2B technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy, vision, roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Understand customer needs, market trends, and technology opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and influence senior stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into product initiatives and delivery plans.
• Provide direction in Agile planning and continuous delivery.
